Do you remember the school supply you were most excited to get as a child?

Maybe it was a brand-new box of crayons, a colorful folder, fresh notebooks, or that perfect pack of markers. There was something special about starting the school year with supplies that made you feel prepared and excited to learn.

For many families, those simple supplies can be difficult to afford. That's why Center of Grace is working to ensure every child starts the school year with the tools they need to succeed.

Help set local students up for success! 🎒

Center of Grace is collecting school supplies to help make sure every child starts the school year confident, prepared, and ready to learn.

Requested items include backpacks, crayons, notebooks, markers, pencils, pens, folders, scissors, glue, and more.

LAK Painting brought so much love, skill, and transformational care to our space, and we are bursting with gratitude 🎨

This incredible local painting company stepped up in a major way to support Center of Grace and the families we serve. From completely painting our Teen Center free of charge, to generously sponsoring the shelving in our food pantry that helps us organize and distribute emergency food assistance with dignity and efficiency, LAK Painting has helped us create spaces that feel uplifting, functional, and full of care.

When you walk into these newly refreshed areas, you don't just see fresh paint on the walls. You see the heart of a business that believes in community impact. You feel the difference that happens when skilled professionals donate their time, expertise, and materials to create environments where people are treated with respect and compassion.
