It is located near parks, shopping and dining amenities with easy access to K-7 Hwy, K-10 Hwy & I-35. The neighborhood is one of the largest communities in Olathe with 587 homes built between 1983 and 2020. We are serviced by Prairie Center Elementary, Forest View Elementary, Mission Trail Middle School, and Olathe West High School.

Edit: drain clearing was unsuccessful. Overlook bathrooms closed until further notice 😢

We are aware of the backed up bathrooms at Overlook and have a plumber coming out this afternoon.

Pool update!

✅Overlook is up and running. 🎉
✅Canyon will be ready for swimmers on Monday
✅Persimmon pool opening date is TBD. We hope to have it open no later than June 6th.

Thank you for your patience. We are having delayed openings as we deal with needed repairs and maintenance. This year it’s the pool tiles.
