The shrine is dedicated to giving pilgrims a space to pray, rest and encounter Jesus. Monday evening, the shrine hosted an event that did just that. In anticipation of the upcoming film "Adore Him: He is Here", the shrine held an evening of Eucharisitic adoration, Eucharistic procession, relic veneration and faith reflections. A cousin to Blessed Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen (left) and a cousin to Blessed Stanley Rother (right).
Rosemarie Costello came to the shrine as a guest speaker for the "Adore Him: He is Here" Eucharistic procession Monday night. Costello joined Monsignor Don Wolf as they both gave faith reflections.
Their presence reminds us of their cousins, both beatified witnesses of faith, and their relatable examples of holiness for us in the faith.

Happy feast day to one of the saints in our chapel mural, St. Wenceslaus! St. Wenceslaus was the Duke of Bohemia in the 10th century, and lived a life of Catholic virtue. St. Wenceslaus exercised his status to dismantle anti-Catholic mandates in his region, and was known for his acts of charity. St. Wenceslaus, pray for us!
