After the silence.
After the grief.
After the waiting…

Resurrection.

The same group that once sat in confusion and sorrow
now stood in awe of what God had done.

Because what looked like the end
was only the beginning.

And even now—
in quiet rooms, in hard places, in unseen corners of the world—
there are faithful hearts holding onto that same hope.

Waiting. Trusting. Believing.

Because the truth is:
the stone was rolled away,
death was defeated,
and Jesus is alive.

And that changes everything.

Good Friday reminds us that before resurrection came sacrifice. Before victory came surrender. Before everything changed… it looked like everything was lost.

A small group of believers once sat in that space—confused, grieving, holding onto the promises of God without yet seeing how they would unfold.

And even now, in some of the hardest places on earth, there are faithful men and women standing in that same kind of moment—praying, waiting, trusting God in the quiet before what comes next.

Because the truth is… Before resurrection, there was sacrifice. Before Pentecost, there was an upper room. Before breakthrough, there is always waiting.

And before Sunday comes, we sit here—remembering the cross, holding onto hope, and trusting that God is still moving… even in the silence.

Husna lived in isolation, rejection, and pain. As the third wife in a polygamous home, she felt invisible… forgotten… worthless. She came to a sewing center simply looking for a few hours of peace.

But there, she encountered something unexpected. Love, truth, and the story of a God who sees her.

“I feel like that woman… no one cares about me. But you’re telling me there’s a God who does?”

Today, Husna is learning to read so she can read the Bible for herself. And now she says:
“I used to believe I was worthless, but now I know I am loved by God.” 🤍

This Easter season, we’re reminded that the power of the resurrection isn’t just a story, it’s still changing lives today and you’re invited to be part of stories like Husna’s. Your prayers and generosity help bring light into places still living in darkness.

Under the stars. On a football field. In a goat pen.
That’s where the Gospel is growing in one of the most remote regions of West Africa.

Yacouba*, a young believer trained by our partners at HOPE, moved into a new community with nothing but ten goats and a vision. Today, those late-night conversations with village youth have become multiplying Discovery Bible Studies, and even local football clubs now start every game with Scripture.

This is church planting in its rawest, most beautiful form.
Faithfulness. Friendship. The Gospel woven into everyday life.
