Big news for the Homeless Alliance!

We’re incredibly grateful to the Oklahoma City Community Foundation for awarding us a $239,250 grant through its new Bridge OKC Fund to support our goal to expand mental health care for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

We see more than 300 people at our Day Shelter each day for meals, showers, and connections to services. This funding will help us make important upgrades to our Day Shelter as we work toward becoming a certified behavioral health provider. This will allow us to expand access to on-site mental health care and create an ongoing, sustainable source of funding for these services.

By making more mental health care available in a place hundreds of our neighbors already turn to each day, we can remove barriers and better support people on their path home!

Your HOMECOMING souvenir could be a trip of a lifetime!

​​Our silent auction will feature incredible travel experiences from AmFund with destinations across the world. Trips to the Greek Islands, Wine Country, an African safari, Portugal, Tuscany, and more will be up for bid at Homecoming! All trips are for two people with 3 full years to make plans!

It's going to be a fun evening of dancing, drinks, delicious food, a silent auction, and community. TV sideline reporter Nick Gallo will emcee the evening, with live music by Soft Hands. Best of all, you'll be helping more neighbors move from homelessness to housing and stability!

Every ticket purchased and every dollar donated helps provide housing, shelter, and supportive services for neighbors experiencing homelessness. And every dollar raised will have twice the impact thanks to our matching donors, the Gasaway Family Foundation and the Arnall Family Foundation.

We're proud to be recognized as a Family-Positive Workplace by the Potts Family Foundation!

Applications for our Teen Service Board and Young Professionals Board are open!

Homelessness is a community issue, and everyone has a role to play. Whether you're a high school student eager to get involved or an emerging professional looking for a meaningful way to give back, boards offer meaningful opportunities to learn, serve, and help create lasting change alongside others who care about our community.

The Teen Service Board commitment is from September 2026 to April 2027 and includes six meetings which will be scheduled on Mondays at 5 p.m. on our campus. The Young Professionals Board includes 10 meetings annually which are scheduled on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. on our campus.

"There's no place like this in Oklahoma City" - Thurman, one of our Day Shelter guests.

Thurman says he travels nearly four miles to get to the Day Shelter to stay cool, get water, and access services. We're proud to provide refuge and resources to our neighbors so they can stay cool and safe!
