“I can now take care of my siblings and help bring clean water to others.” - Precious

Precious prayed for an opportunity to support her family.

Today, her job helps keep her siblings in school while helping bring treated, piped water home to families in her community.

Treated, piped water at people’s homes, backed by a professional water utility.

Every water point is monitored with a meter, and local sales revenue funds the professional maintenance needed to keep water flowing forever.

That’s reliable access built to last. Our water works.

Life looks different when water comes home.

More time together, better health, and new opportunities.

That’s what’s possible when water is backed by a business. That’s how water works.

Charles Chanda is a fisherman in whose life was impacted through Water4’s Multiply movement and Discovery Bible Study groups.

After hearing radio programs about the Great Commission and discipleship, he started two DBS groups, one in his home and one with fellow fishermen.

Safe and Living Water continue to spread across Africa as leaders like Charles share and reflect on God’s word with their peers.

Before, Dominic’s family relied on a shallow well:

Unclean water, an uncertain supply, and hours spent walking.

Now, water flows at home:

Treated, piped water, available 24/7. Meaning more time together and a grandson growing strong.

Our water works.

Last month, The Village Church in Nashville took action to end the walk for water.

They set a goal of $50,000 to bring treated, piped water home to families in Uganda.

They shared during services, gave 100% of their Easter offering and their first Walk4Water4. 80 to 100 people carried buckets of water across a rugged trail, stepping into a glimpse of the daily walk for water.

In total they had raised over $107,000 More than double the goal.

306 more families will have water at home. This is what it looks like to end the walk.

Thank you, The Village!
