The Daughters of Penelope proudly joins the nation in marking Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

This September, the nation observed the 31st anniversary of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Since its passage, has provided critical, lifesaving services to survivors and their families. The Daughters of Penelope has long supported efforts to strengthen and expand this essential law.
