Our Website is LIVE!!

Steps to Success has been working tirelessly to bring an interactive website to you! Here it is!! As you explore the website, you will see that all our events have been displayed and all of our staff are listed! You can also sign up to join our newsletter so you can stay up to date with all things Steps to Success.

We wanted to specifically highlight the “Make a Difference” page as it has links to both our volunteer sign-up sheet and our monetary donation page. If you would like to help Steps to Success out in any way you can, that would be the page to check out!

Steps to Success is presenting their very first photography contest! We want to see photos of things you love! Your passion for friends, family, nature, animals, and culture inspire so many others and this contest gives you a chance to show others what you love about life.

By clicking the link in our bio, you can follow the steps to submit your own photo! Please be mindful of the rules of the submission. Once you have submitted your photo, you are able to VOTE on other submissions (or your own!) through a pay-to-vote format. Your donations will allow for Steps to Success to build upon its programming for the basic needs and youth that we serve.

The winner will receive a prize from Steps to Success (Prizes will be announced at a later date).

This fundraiser will be lasting from now through April 30th. We are excited to see how things you love make life just a little sweeter.

Steps to Success would like to thank you for all that you did to help make our food drive successful! It is because of YOU and your support that we are able to fight food insecurity in our communities.

We were able to donate a truck load of items today to Open Door Food Pantry in Freehold, NJ. We are so thankful for Open Door for allowing us to collaborate on this project. Special thanks to the Marlboro Library and Davita Dialysis Center for letting us place collection boxes in their facilities.

Our food drive is still happening until the end of this week!! We have a donation box set up in the Marlboro Library that is collecting items as we speak! You can also message this page about other drop off locations that may be closer to you!

Open Door Food Pantry is a local food bank located in Freehold, NJ that provides several services to its at risk community members.

Steps to Success strives to not only help it’s community by hosting our own events and fundraisers, but also by discussing what the community ALREADY has to offer. Open Door Food Pantry is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 1:45pm. If you are interested in services such as these or are interested in volunteering your own time, check out their website at faopendoor.org

Why is food security important? Steps to Success wants YOU to know what donating to our food drive can do for our community. Having access to proper nutritious meals promotes physical and mental health, improves concentration, increases energy levels and prevents health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

Helping with our food drive would also take the stress off of working parents who are trying to feed their children and families at home.

Steps to Success is hosting their second fundraising event, a Food Drive in collaboration with Open Door Food Pantry in Freehold, NJ.

We are so excited to begin this project. Collection dates are from October 24th through November 18th. We will be collecting the following items: canned goods, toiletries, cookies, crackers, condiments, baking supplies, etc. All items will be delivered to Open Door and dispersed evenly.

Steps to Success is a nonprofit organization created and developed by Joseph Batista and Krystle Henriques. Steps To Success works together using community engagement to approach the social, economic, and educational issues within the areas we serve. We respond to these issues by building a foundation for unity and prosperity throughout the community with the creation of programs dedicated to the youth.

The purpose of this nonprofit is to empower and encourage individuals within the community to develops their own personalized steps to achieve success; whatever they define that to be.

Many of the fundraisers and events we host are aimed at early youth interventions as we strongly believe that our children are the leaders of tomorrow. Follow us to keep up to date with Steps to Success!
