Sierra Art Trails call to artists is open until June 1st! We invite you to apply for the biggest art event in the Sierra Nevada. The Annual Open Studio Tour showcases the work of local artists and artisans in homes, studios, galleries, and businesses across Eastern Madera and Mariposa Counties.
2026 marks twenty three years of Sierra Art Trails sharing the beauty and culture of local artists.

Our guest speakers this weekend... Elizabeth Saltos, Sierra Art Trails 2025 catalog cover artist, and Phil Bartholomew and Candace Egan presenting the short film Odyssey about the first solo ascent of mount whitney by a bold and brave mountaineer and California native. Both presentations were after hours at Yosemite Gateway Art Center. Both talks were Informative and inspirational, a chance to unwind after a busy day. These presentations express the importance of history, art and science in our culture. Stay tuned for more! Day One! Sierra Art Trails 2025 is rocking the house! So many people today out and about, enjoying the autumn weather! We could not do it without our staff and volunteers!
