🎨 LOOK UP this summer!
The Community Art Banner Project has transformed Eastern Madera County into an open-air art gallery. Thirty-three original banners created by local artists are now on display throughout Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Bass Lake, and North Fork.

Make it a summer adventure! Grab a brochure, follow the map, and see how many banners you can find while exploring our mountain communities and supporting local businesses. Maps are available at the Oakhurst Visitor Center and participating locations.

❤️ Love a banner? You may have the chance to take it home!
Save the Date: Friday, November 6 at 5:00 PM for the Community Art Banner Auction at the Oakhurst Community Center. Proceeds from the auction will benefit future community beautification projects throughout Eastern Madera County.

🎨 LOOK UP! The Community Art Banner Project is officially on display for the summer!

33 original art banners by local artists are now hanging throughout Coarsegold, Oakhurst, Bass Lake & North Fork — transforming our mountain communities into an open-air gallery.

Want to find them all? Grab a brochure and follow the map to discover each banner location. Maps are available at the Oakhurst Visitor Center and participating community locations.

Take a drive, explore the towns, support local businesses, and experience the creativity that makes our mountain communities so unique. The banners will remain on display throughout the summer and into ARTober.

We've extended the Art Banner submission until Tuesday, April 7th.
Art does not need to be new but does need to be able to crop 1:2. There is no charge to enter and if accepted, you will get $50, plus a free ticket to the Art Banner Auction where you have the chance to win $250. Submit your art or share with a friend today!

To thank Sandy Brinley for all her work on the Oakhurst River Parkway. We've dedicated Teddy Bear Park to Sandy. She even has her own bear! Thank you everyone who came out to celebrate Sandy and all her accomplishments. Thanks to Oakhurst Sierra Rotary for their work for many, many years along the parkway as well. What an incredible community!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from all of us at the Eastern Madera County Foundation! Today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate just how lucky we are to call this beautiful corner of the world home.

Whether you’re enjoying the quiet beauty of North Fork, the lakeside vibes of Bass Lake, the historic charm of Coarsegold, or the bustling heart of Oakhurst, there is so much to be grateful for. Our mountain communities are filled with incredible people, talented artists, and small businesses that make this area truly shine.
