Thank you to Amanda Roffi, photographer Kim Federico from Time Out Photography, and Norwood Football & Norwood Cheer for inviting the Marching Band Seniors to walk the field last night for Senior Night.

Marching Band and Concert Band musicians came together to play as the Pep Band in the stands and the Madrigals performed the National Anthem, and Norwood Football came out on top beating Ashland 15-8. It's wonderful when we see this collaboration between the Fine Arts and Athletics departments.

Congratulations NHS Class of 2027, congratulations Norwood Football on the win last night, and good luck to the Norwood Marching Band and Color Guard as they compete today in the New England States US Bands Championship at Stoughton High School!

Go Mustangs!

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to help with the 2026 MICCA Southeast Home Show yesterday! We really lucked out with the beautiful weather. From volunteers setting up in the morning, to people baking and cooking, working the insane concessions stand, selling merch, or directing traffic - we couldn't have done it without you.

All of the hard work paid off and the event was a great success. The success was topped off by a Division 1 winning performance by Norwood Marching Band and Color Guard - who earned 4 stars in all categories except visuals which earned 5 stars!!! Well earned by our hard working student musicians.

If you have any feedback as to things that you saw that could use improvement for next year, please email Katie at [email protected]. We will be meeting tomorrow night at drop-off (6pm in the cafeteria) to do a quick post-mortem to take notes on the event for next year- feel free to join!

Thank you again from the bottoms of our hearts for helping out!

If you missed the show, the Norwood Marching Band & Color Guard will be competing next weekend as follows:
Saturday - US Bands @ Dartmouth
Sunday - MICCA State Finals @ Quincy
