You all showed up for these two this weekend 🥰

You came to shop. You brought friends. You shared the posts. You donated what you could. You came back on day 2, and you helped us turn all that STUFF into something that really matters.

Because of this weekend, Izzy and Bunny are on their way this very morning to get the heartworm treatment they need.

That is the whole point of Judy, really. Taking what we have, what gets donated, what might otherwise be thrown away, and turning it into help.

Help for animals, for the community.
Help that happens because you all keep showing up.

We still have a lot of cleanup ahead of us. There are leftovers to sort, things to haul, and probably a few mystery items still waiting to surprise us. But today, we are choosing to be happy about what this community made possible.

Thank you for supporting Judy.

Thank you for supporting Izzy and Bunny.

Thank you for reminding us that this little nonprofit thrift store is never really doing this alone.

Day one was such a success, and we just want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out today!! 🙏 🫂
And a very very special thank you goes out to all the kids and families who were a part of the bake sale provided through the Spaulding Alternative Education (SEA) Program.

Thank you for shopping, donating, digging through the bins, hauling home treasures, and helping us raise money for Izzy and Bunny’s heartworm treatment. We are so grateful for the support 🥰😭🌈

And if you missed it today, don’t worry — you still have another chance!

We’ll be back tomorrow for day two, and we’ve added lots of new items and there are still some amazing furniture pieces waiting for you to find. It’s worth coming back even if you stopped by today.

The rain looks like it may roll in again in the afternoon, so come early if you can.

Tomorrow is the day!!!!!

Judy’s Blowout Yard Sale Fundraiser is starting bright and early at 8am Saturday, May 30th, and we are bringing out the overflow.
Tables, racks, bins, buckets, and all kinds of “OoOoOOO!!!” treasures will be ready and waiting.

Everything is by donation.
Take what you want. Pay what you can.

All proceeds go directly toward heartworm treatment for Bunny and Izzy, our two current rescue dogs who need this care before they can move forward into the futures they deserve.
This is one of those Judy moments where everything comes together:
A sustainable sale.
A community effort.
A rescue mission.
A whole lot of stuff that needs to go home with somebody.

Come shop, dig, laugh, browse, donate, and help us turn Judy’s overflow into medical care for two very deserving dogs.

One week until Judy’s overflow gets unleashed.
And when we say overflow, we mean overflow.
Tables. Racks. Bins. Buckets.
The things we love, the things we don’t have room for, the things that have been patiently waiting for their moment in the sun.
That moment is coming.
Our Blowout Yard Sale Fundraiser is happening:

All prices are by donation, which means the rules are simple:
Take what you want. Pay what you can. Help two dogs heal.
Every dollar raised will go toward heartworm treatment for Bunny and Izzy, our two current rescue girls who are working their way toward healthier, safer, better futures.
This is the kind of event Judy was made for: keeping good things out of the waste stream, keeping prices accessible, and turning community support into real help for animals in need.
Bring a bag.
Bring a friend.
Bring your best treasure-hunting energy.

Sorry for the quiet spell, friends. Judy has been busy behind the scenes sorting through lots of generous donations, getting treasures ready for the floor and upcoming yard sale, and trying very hard not to melt entirely.
🥵This heat has had us moving a little slower, sweating a little more, and questioning every life choice that brought us even five feet away from the air conditioner.
But good news: tomorrow promises lower temperatures. 🫠
Thank the Judy Gods.
We’ll be back to posting, sorting, pricing, fluffing, arranging, and generally doing Judy things with slightly less dramatic wilting. Thank you for sticking with us, checking in, donating, shopping, and keeping this little mission moving forward even when Judy is one puddle away from becoming part of the floor display.😵‍💫

At Judy, a yard sale is never just a yard sale.
Yes, there will be tables.
Yes, there will be racks.
Yes, there will be bins full of things that make you say, “I don’t know what this is, but I think I need it.”

But this one has a bigger purpose.
Our upcoming Blowout Yard Sale Fundraiser is helping cover the heartworm treatment needed for our two current rescue dogs, Bunny and Izzy.
Heartworm treatment is expensive, serious, and necessary. Before these girls can move forward into the lives waiting for them, they need medical care that gives their bodies a real chance to heal.
That’s where Judy does her thing!
We take overflow, oddities, useful bits, beautiful things, practical things, strange little treasures, and we turn them into help.
