Team Oklahoma Team Oklahoma’s mission is to demonstrate the success of organ, eye and tissue donation.

Members of Team OK are organ and tissue recipients, living donors, donor families, and others who attend the Transplant Games of America and raise awareness for the importance of organ, eye, and tissue donation. We serve as a family, to our members, by providing love, support and understanding. We strive to honor the memory of our donors and show gratitude to their family for the gifts given.

Team Oklahoma Meeting

Join us as to catch up and reminisce of our experience in Denver at the 2026 Transplant Games of America. We will also discuss potential future team fundraising opportunities for TGA2028.

We’d like our team members to bring their TGA2026 medals so we can celebrate our accomplishments together and take a team photo.

We invite all current and past team members as well as interested ones to join us. Hope to see you there!

Writing To Your Donor Family or Transplant Recipient
Wednesday, August 5 from 7pm - 8pm ET
Zoom Workshop

Gift of Life Donor Program's Director of Family Support Services, Lara Moretti, led a workshop at the 2026 Transplant Games titled "Writing to Your Donor Family or Transplant Recipient"

In case you missed it, Lara will be hosting a Zoom session on how to write to the recipients of your loved one’s gifts or to the family of your donor. If you have been thinking about writing, now is a great time.

Recipients - tell your donor family what you were able to experience at the Games thanks to their generous gift.

Donor families - tell the recipients how you were able to honor your loved one at the Games and what it was like to see so many grateful recipients.
