Today we "visited" Iceland. I forgot to take pictures......we had an information session on the country....did you know they don't have mosquitos in Iceland? Then we sampled:
Cocoa Soup
Almond Porridge
Fish Cakes
Icelandic Fish Soup
Icelandic Yogurt
Icelandic Lamb Stew

Fun day!
