Join us Wednesday at 10am for our last meetup of the school year! We will have three REAL Lizard visitors! Then kids can visit centers and: make chameleon colorful with watercolors, sort the colored items to the right chameleon, go around the room and give the right shaped wand to each ‘lizard wizard’, play a lizard matching game, give the salamander the right number of spots, trace the lines to help the lizards move, make lego cars and have lizards race them, use party blowers as lizard tongues to pick up letters with Velcro, pretend to feed the bearded dragon worms, make a newt craft that actually climbs, make a lizard sensory bag, and shop at Gecko’s Grocery store. When the kids leave, they will get a special gift bag with goodies inside!

Join us Wednesday at 10am for Snakes! Kids will get to meet some LIVE snake friends! Then they can visit centers and: make a squiggly snake out of straws that moves with a magnet, make a playdough snake, walk across the snake’s back to cross the river, paint with snake motions, sort the snakes as venomous or not, make an abc snake, match patterns on the snakes with shape blocks, dig in the rice bin and sort the reptiles, try gummy snakes, make snake bubbles, make a spiral snake mobile, and sort the snake tongues to the right snake mouth numbers.

Join us Wednesday at 10 AM for turtles! Kids will get to meet a REAL turtle! Then for centers, they will: make a turtle with colored dot stickers, blow bubbles on the turtle shell, toss letter beanbags onto the turtle, match the turtles to the right shape home, make a turtle craft with paint and cut outs, make a tower for Yertle the turtle, make the turtles swim in the water, cut and match the turtle shell shapes, eat turtle crackers, roll the die and cover that number on the turtle, feed the turtle seaweed while naming letters, and cover the sticky turtle shell with green items.

Join us Wednesday at 10am for our last week of vehicles- airplanes! Kids will jump across alphabet clouds, make play dough flying vehicles, fly the animals to the correct habitats, shoot the airplanes through hoops, sort the vehicles by the number of wheels, make an airplane out of a popsicle stick, sort the pompom passengers by color, make a vehicle picture with magnet beads, put the right number of clouds in the sky with the plane, match the shapes to put together airplane puzzles, and stamp paint to make an airplane in the sky craft.

Join us Wednesday at 10am for buses. Kids will get to see a REAL school bus and go for a short ride! Then for centers, kids will: make a road for the bus and make it take kids to school, stamp vehicles on their paper, play miss the bus hopscotch, make a vehicle picture out of snap buttons, guess which bus the pigeon is riding, sort the kids onto the colored buses, do bus count and clip cards, try out different wheels for the bus, pick the kids up at the right lettered bus stop and put them in their assigned seats, measure the length of the buses with blocks, make play dough animals ride the bus, and make a wheel necklace with cereal.

Join us Wednesday, April 15 at 10 AM for trains! Kids will use shape blocks to make different vehicles, make and eat a train snack, make a shape train, use magnet blocks to build a train and tracks, make their name train, guess what is in each cargo train car, put the right number of rocks in each train car, build a train and make it go on the tracks, sort the cargo by color into the train cars, stamp a box car train craft, build a railroad track and make a train travel on it, and make the train go through the tunnels and name the letters that they see.
