We are a group of parents and teachers who are passionate about supporting our children and students' academic and social success. Our mission is to provide our schools with the resources they need to create an environment that fosters learning and growth. As a volunteer-led nonprofit, we

organize various fun-filled fundraising activities throughout the year to raise funds for our schools. The funds we raise go towards providing programs, supplies, equipment, field trip, and other funding requests from our schools. We believe every child deserves the best possible education, and we are committed to making that a reality. Our team's enthusiasm and commitment to this cause drive us to work hard to ensure that our schools and students have everything they need to succeed. We welcome anyone who shares our passion for education and community to join us in our efforts. Let's work together to make our schools the best they can be! If selected, your artwork will be featured in the 2026-2027 school calendar! All winners will receive a $10 gift card to Childish Tendencies.

Rules:
Use standard 8.5"x 11" paper
Landscape preferred
Be bold with your color choices
Pick a theme to suit your month
Include your name, grade, and teacher in pencil on the back of your artwork
Turn into Front Office by 5/26/26
K: January, July
1st: February, August
2nd: March, September
3rd: April, October
4th: May, November
5th: June, December
*Artwork will be used in a fundraiser by the YV/SC Parent Boosters

Looking for opportunities for more community in 2026? Or looking forward to engage in some interesting conversations with other adults? Join the school book clubs! Yaquina View will have their first meet up in January to discuss the Anxious Generation. Sam Case will have their second meet up in late January to continue discussing Hidden Potential. The books are broken out into chunks, so it is very manageable reading! And it's never too late to join.

Both schools have more books available, so reach out to the respective offices to sign up!
