Beautiful, heartfelt words from our dear friend at Dougherty CASA. Take a moment to read.

CASA volunteers serve children who have been removed from their homes as a result of abuse or neglect and need the court’s protection. They range in age from newborn to 17 years old and remain in the state’s care until the court determines a permanent placement that is in the child’s best interest.
A consistent, caring adult can have an amazing impact on the life of a child!

We are thankful to the NTH for helping us spread the word about our upcoming training class!

Coweta CASA is looking for volunteers to advocate for 23 children currently in need of services.

The organization’s next six-week training class begins Oct. 1 in Newnan. Executive Director Amanda Camp-Fenlon said one of the biggest needs is for volunteers willing to travel to visit children placed outside the local service area.

Learn what the training covers and how CASA is working to support volunteers who take on those cases.
