Noir Vintage Fund Mission:
The mission of Noir Vintage Fund is to empower and support minorities in the w**e industry by providing access to education, training, and resources.

NOIR Vintage Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering underrepresented communities through six programs: Tech & AI, W**e & Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Women's Health, Youth Leadership, and Legacy Building. We are committed to fostering diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities within the viticulture and w**emaking community. Through our initiatives, we aim to create a more equitable and representative w**e industry that celebrates the contributions and talents of individuals from all backgrounds. Purpose:
The purpose of Noir Vintage Fund is to address the existing disparities and barriers faced by minorities in the w**e industry. We seek to eliminate systemic obstacles and promote a more inclusive landscape where individuals of diverse ethnicities and backgrounds can thrive. By offering educational programs, scholarships, mentorship opportunities, and resources, we aim to empower aspiring minority vintners and enhance their skills, knowledge, and access to career pathways within the w**e sector. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness about the importance of diversity and representation in the industry and advocate for meaningful change. Through our collective efforts, we envision a future where the w**e industry is truly inclusive and reflective of the rich diversity of our society.

NOIR Vintage Fund is growing fast, and what we're building here in Columbus, GA has the potential to create global impact. We need a Director of Marketing & Communications who understands that and wants to be in the room where it happens.

This is a volunteer leadership position, and what you get in return is real: hands-on experience building the brand and voice of a Platinum-Certified 501(c)(3), direct access to corporate partnerships and funded programs, and a seat at the table with a team that is genuinely creating change from the ground up — locally, nationally, and globally.

If you're a marketing or communications professional, a student building your portfolio, or someone who's been waiting for the right mission to attach your skills to, this is your moment.
