Happy NYC Climate Week!

This Climate Week, a reminder: 53% of green hires are in traditional roles. Not solar engineers. Not climate scientists.

Teachers, project managers, architects, computer scientists — people doing familiar work in a changing economy. You don’t need a “green job title” to build a greener economy or to fight climate change. You need green skills.
