Twenty four years ago I started SNACK because there were almost no real options for people like my son to find community after school. Today we run weekly classes for hundreds of families across NYC.

This September, I'm honored to be sharing that story at the 3rd Annual Luv Michael Conference — Chapter Three: Setting Up for Success — in Southampton, NY. I'll be talking about what three decades of community classes have taught us, what advocacy actually looks like when it has to outlast a parent's lifespan, and what we're building next.
