After a history-making run, Top Chef season 23 winner Rhoda Magbitang joined us at the Beard House for a very special night. 🏆

For her Grand Prize dinner, chef Rhoda's "Island to Island" menu traced her path from the Philippines to her life in Hawaiʻi, inspired by family recipes, regional comfort foods, and those who shaped her journey along the way. Every dish carried Rhoda's story, including a trio of sticky pork belly adobo, coconut-braised jackfruit, and a kaldereta croquette paying tribute to her grandmother's karenderia, and oxtail with crispy tripe and peanuts.
