Our mission is to empower women, especially Latinas in the US, through entrepreneurship, leadership, education, and healing.

Rooted in presence, breath, and collective healing. 🌿✨

​Today, our community partner Lotus Theory NY held space for Shared Ground—a somatic experience at SANKOFA HAUS. It was an experience that brought us beyond just being around each other and into true community practice.

​Through gentle movement, breathwork, and sound, we grounded ourselves in presence over performance.

​A huge thank you to Justine and her team Lotus Theory NY for being an incredible InspiraMe Latina Foundation community partner and holding space for connection and care. 💛

Joy doesn’t erase what you’ve been through, but it reminds you there is still beauty waiting for you here.
