GoDaddy, a Mom who wants to register her child for the classes offered by our 10-year-old company, reached out to us via email this morning to inquire about weekend STEM programs for her 6-year-old child. Founder, Yvonne Thevenot, who responds to every customer email, went to our website that YOU host, clicked on Register For Camps & Programs, in order to share the direct link to the parent. At 7:05am ET, we discovered that ALL of our programs are missing from the page. When our Founder called you, she was informed that because we do not have a web developer (a paid service you offer), that we have to pay $449 to fix the link. May I emphasize to you, Go Daddy, that we have weekend programs today that parents wish to register for, and Spring break and Summer break camps parents are using now?, We pay you each month to maintain our website.
Shame on you for sticking up a small non-profit and holding hostage the one page and its content that generates revenue for us - our registration content that allows parents to pay for STEM classes is missing, and therefore the link to pay is missing. Cash is the lifeline of any business.
