We’ve shared this event before, but with the 5th Annual Scoot & Shoot Poker Run quickly approaching, we wanted to remind everyone to mark their calendars and make plans to join us!

On Saturday, June 13th, riders, supporters, Veterans, First Responders, and community members will come together for an incredible day of fun, fellowship, and giving back. Hosted by the amazing team at Blood by Fire Mercury Chapter - MC, this one-of-a-kind event directly benefits the mission of SITREP Foundation and helps us continue supporting Veterans, First Responders, and their families when they need it most.

Whether you’re participating in the ride, competing for the best (or worst) poker hand, or simply coming out to support the cause, every participant helps make a difference.

June is PTSD Awareness Month.

For many veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and other first responders, some of the toughest battles are not fought on a battlefield, a fireground, or a city street. They are fought silently, behind closed doors, long after the uniform comes off.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can affect anyone who has experienced or witnessed traumatic events. It can impact relationships, careers, physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Yet too many continue to suffer in silence because they fear being judged, appearing weak, or becoming a burden to others.

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of strength, courage, and resilience.

If you are struggling, know that you are not alone. Help is available, treatment works, and there are people who care about you and want to help.

🏍️🔥 LOCK IN YOUR CALENDARS — THE 5TH ANNUAL SCOOT & SHOOT IS COMING BACK! 🔥🏍️

SITREP Foundation is proud to be supported by the incredible crew at Blood by Fire Mercury Chapter for the 5th Annual Scoot & Shoot Poker Run on Saturday, June 13, 2026 in Dayton, Ohio.

This one-of-a-kind event combines the motorcycle community, camaraderie, competition, and support for those who served our nation and communities. Participants will “shoot for their hand” instead of drawing cards, with all weapons and ammo provided, plus prizes for the best and worst hands. 🇺🇸

Most importantly, proceeds from this event directly benefit Veterans and First Responders through SITREP Foundation and the continued mission of supporting those who answer the call when others cannot.

Huge thank you to Blood By Fire MC Mercury Chapter and everyone involved in making this event happen year after year. Events like this prove what happens when communities rally behind our nation’s heroes.

🎉 HELICOPTER RIDE GIVEAWAY WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT 🚁🇺🇸

SITREP Foundation is proud to announce the winner of our helicopter ride giveaway is Tiffany Michelle, who nominated her husband currently deployed overseas and serving as a Police Officer with the Hamilton Township Police Department.

First and foremost, thank you for your continued service and sacrifice both at home and abroad. 🇺🇸

Due to lower than expected entries, the helicopter ride experience will take place during Freedom Fest New Richmond, Ohio weekend around July 4th in partnership with CincinnatiHelicopters.

Tiffany, please DM SITREP Foundation so we can coordinate details between you and CincinnatiHelicopters.

Today, we honor the men and women of the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day stands apart because it is dedicated to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, the heroes who answered the call knowing they may never return home. Their courage was not measured by words, but by action. Their legacy lives on through the freedoms they protected and the lives they forever changed.

For many families, today is not a celebration. It is a day of remembrance, reflection, heartbreak, pride, and enduring love for those who are no longer here.

At SITREP Foundation, we ask our community to honor the fallen not just today, but every day. Speak their names. Share their stories. Visit their memorials. Support the families they left behind. Never allow their sacrifice to fade into history.

To every fallen Service Member from every generation, from distant battlefields to modern wars, your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We stand because they fell. 🇺🇸
