Cincinnati Pride needs more Volunteers for those interested! ❤️

Despite meeting its fundraising goal, Cincinnati Pride says if they don't get the number of volunteers they need, making this year's festival happen will be tough.

Announcement/Update for New Richmond Pride Festival 2024-2025 and Future Events:

Due to unforseen cicumstances, personal events within our team and the continued restructuring of New Richmond Pride's organization, we have decided as a board to make the collective decision to focus our attention towards creating and perfecting a New Richmond Pride Festival 2025 vs a 2024 Festival. It is our organization's priority and goal to focus more on education and creating spaces that are welcoming and safe for our community, not solely putting together a singular event each year. To continue to live up to our mission statement and grow as an organization, it is important that beyond delivering high quality events, we ensure the safety and support of our guests each year. It is our goal that we also tackle local issues, create funding and spaces beyond just our annual event. We greatly apologize for any disappoint this may have caused from previous attendees, supporters, sponsors and vendors within our community. It is essential that we prioritize education and safety as our event and organization grows with time.

With this being said, though we are not currently working towards a 2024 festival, we are looking to host smaller and more personal events this year to create spaces and support for our local LGBTQ+ community while gathering support for our 2025 Festival and future events. Since these will be more personal and smaller events, we would love to learn what are our community and supporters would like to see or their current needs. In addition to our announcement, we are looking to expand our organization's team members. We are seeking passionate, organized and out spoken individuals part of the LGBTQIA+ community to help our organization thrive.
