Rahman Stokes is the founder and Head Coach of ATP ELITE , a successful track and field program in Canton, Ohio. The training provided at ATP ELITE has produced a number of athletes who have achieved All-American honors as top 8 finishers in AAU National level track and field events. Coach Stokes is also currently the Head Coach for the Canton McKinley girls high school track and field program. He is a former Division 1 running back and return specialist who attended Illinois State University.

The training provided will be communicated at an age appropriate level to ensure the exercises and drills are completed in the proper and most efficient manner. Athletes will come away with an understanding of how the training overlaps with the movement skills required in their particular sport. They will also be able to apply the training concepts immediately to improve their current performance.

This Four Session Clinic will help the athlete develop the following skills.

- 1st step quickness
- Acceleration
- Change of direction
- Core strength
- Mobility/Flexibility
