We are celebrating our 100th Year Anniversary of service to the community in 2021, by launching a project to provide new playground equipment for the Deis Hill Park in Dover as well as funding a similar project in New Philadelphia in the near future. The Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club has combined the efforts of individual clubs in the two cities with the goal of serving the youth of our community. The Clubs combined in the fall of 2016 and have meetings every Tuesday at noon at the Tuscarawas County Senior Center at Dover. New members are always welcome! Today, we're proud to recognize our forensic interviewer, Elaine Kurtz! 💙

While Elaine's primary role is serving as our Intake Advocate, she recently expanded her impact by becoming one of our forensic interviewers. Since December 2025, she has completed 22 forensic interviews, providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to children during incredibly difficult times.

Elaine's calm, caring personality is a tremendous asset to our team and the families we serve. Thank you, Elaine, for your dedication and the difference you make every day!
