Yesterday, CVANB Board of Directors along with Miss New Bedford Dolly Mendes were honored to greet the President of Cabo Verde His Excellency José Maria Neves at The Cape Verdean Cultural Center and Island Park. President Neves presented CVANB
with a book that contained the pictures and letters about the Independence of Cabo Verde.
He promised to return to the Cultural Center to particpate in a celebration for the 55th Anniversary of the Independence of Cabo Verde. CVANB and New Bedford will be ready to celebrate with you Mr. President !!
