This August, we’ll explore how our emotions can become wise guides on the spiritual path. Grief, fear, anger, and uncertainty are often seen as emotions to get past, but what if they are invitations to deeper clarity, compassion, and transformation? Together, we’ll learn how to honor what we feel, listen for the wisdom within our emotions, and choose love-centered action that supports personal growth and our shared good. This week, we explore the idea that our emotions rather than being something to avoid, might be trying to help us. What if they are a doorway to clarity and deeper truths?
