We’re proud to share that Aldea’s very own Katie Stith, Programs Senior Director, a dedicated member of the Napa Opioid Safety Coalition, and the Fentanyl Awareness Taskforce, will serve as MC for this meaningful community event.

Aldea is proud to celebrate the graduation of Leadership Napa Valley Class 38, a remarkable group of leaders dedicated to making Napa Valley an even better place to live, work, and thrive. As part of the program, participants completed a practicum project, an important capstone experience that brings together leadership, collaboration, and community impact. Through these projects, class members work alongside local organizations and community partners to address real community needs and create meaningful solutions that benefit Napa Valley.

A special congratulations goes to Aldea’s very own Katie Stith, Senior Director of Behavioral Services, who graduates with Class 38! Leadership Napa Valley is a tremendous program that develops and connects community leaders committed to strengthening our community. Katie represented Aldea wonderfully throughout the program, and we are incredibly proud of this accomplishment.

Please join us in congratulating Katie and the entire Leadership Napa Valley Class 38 on reaching this milestone. We look forward to seeing the lasting impact this talented group of leaders will continue to make throughout Napa Valley.

Today, we commemorate Juneteenth, a day that marks the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and the ongoing pursuit of equity.

At Aldea, we recognize that true well-being includes both freedom and access to mental health support. While nearly 1 in 5 Black adults experience a mental health condition each year, Black adults are significantly less likely to receive mental health treatment than the general U.S. population, highlighting the continued need for culturally responsive care and support.

As we reflect on this important day, we encourage our community to honor the strength, contributions, and lived experiences of Black individuals and families while continuing to advocate for healing, wellness, and equity for all.

Aldea will be closed on Juneteenth at all locations.
We will resume normal business hours on Monday, June 22.

Can’t believe we’re already halfway through June!

Pride Month is a time to celebrate love, identity, and community, but also to show up for youth who need support the most.

Did you know that LGBTQ+ youth make up a disproportionate number of those in foster care? Nearly 30% of foster youth identify as LGBTQ+, compared to about 10% of the general population.

Every young person deserves a safe, affirming home where they can be themselves.

If you’ve ever thought about making a difference, now is the time, become a resource parent and help create a space where every youth feels seen, supported, and loved.

Last week, Aldea had the privilege of joining guests at Quintessa during Collective Napa Valley Auction Weekend.

Our team shared stories of how support from Napa Valley Vintners’ Youth Wellness Initiative helps local children and families access critical mental health services, mentorship, and community support.

Every dollar raised through Collective Napa Valley represents more than a donation; it represents a young person finding encouragement, a family finding stability, and a community investing in its future.

We’re grateful to Napa Valley Vintners’, Quintessa, and all those who continue to champion the wellbeing of Napa Valley’s youth.

As June unfolds, we pause to gently hold everything May gave us — a month of reflection, of honoring Mental Health Awareness, and of coming together beneath the glow of our Hats Off Gala.

An evening where laughter lingered a little longer, joy moved through every step on the dance floor, and hearts met in the quiet understanding that community is what carries us forward.

To everyone who joined us — thank you for showing up, for sharing your light, and for making the night so meaningful. You are what made it unforgettable.
