Did you know? Strong connections with family, friends, teachers, and your school community can help protect against substance use and support overall mental wellness. Feeling connected, supported, and encouraged makes it easier to handle challenges and make healthy choices.

Everyone feels stressed sometimes. Healthy ways to manage stress can include listening to music, exercising, getting enough sleep, drawing, journaling, or talking to someone you trust. Small positive habits can make a big difference.

It might seem like everyone vapes, but most middle school students don’t. In 2024, only 3.5% of U.S. middle school students reported va**ng. Vapes can contain ni****ne, which is addictive. Many also come in flavors that appeal to kids and teens.
