September 13 - Club45 is back, Sundays from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
September 13 - Genesis Student Ministry (GSM) is back, Sundays from 6-8 p.m.
September 16 - Maverick Men returns, Wednesdays from 6:30-8 p.m.
September 20 - New Series: "Who's Your One?"

The world says: life only has value once it's useful, wanted, or "finished."

The Bible says: you were never a mistake to begin with.

In Jeremiah 18, God shows the prophet a potter reworking a piece of clay that didn't turn out right the first time. Instead of throwing it away, the potter reshapes it into something new. God tells Israel, "As the clay is in the potter's hand, so are you in my hand."

We don't get to decide our own worth, and we definitely don't get to decide someone else's. We are shaped and held by a Creator who forms life with intention, from the very beginning (Jeremiah 1:5, Psalm 139:13-16).

The world calls unfinished things disposable. God calls them "in progress."

Join us for a Work Day on August 29 from 8 AM - 12 PM! We’ll be tackling a variety of inside and outside projects around the church, and all skill levels are welcome. Bring whatever tools you feel called to.

Whether you’re handy with a toolbox or simply willing to lend a hand, there’s a place for you. Let us know if you plan to be there!

Projects we'll work on:
Yardwork - Bark on Flower Beds - wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes
Trimming - Trim Bushes and Shrubs - power trimmers, hand trimmers
Construction - Build office, Replace Outside Trim, Shelving - appropriate power tools
Power Washing - Front of Building and Drive/Walk
Cleaning/Organizing - of Storage Spaces, Outside
Paint - Small Projects - brushes, rollers

This past Sunday, Pastor Jamey tackled one of the hardest conversations in our culture today: what does Scripture actually say about sexuality and gender?

The answer isn't confusing. It's not up for debate. And it doesn't change no matter how loud culture gets.

Culture can normalize sin, but it cannot change truth.

We're not called to apologize for what God has said, and we're not called to weaponize it either. We're called to speak it in love, because every person carries God's image, and every person needs Jesus.
