It's been a strong few days at Second Chance Workforce. SCW was at the GC Hubb ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate new opportunities. 🎉

Our students had a strong discussion about:
🔹 What expectations they have from a job
🔹 What expectations employers have of them
🔹 How reliability, responsibility, and the right mindset can create new opportunities

April is Second Chance Month, a time to recognize new beginnings, opportunity, and the impact of a fresh start. That made it even more meaningful to celebrate a ribbon cutting last Friday for Second Chance Workforce, located at 406 North 4th St., Murray.

This organization is changing lives by helping individuals connect to job training, support, and real pathways to employment. It’s about more than just finding a job—it’s about restoring confidence, strengthening families, and building a stronger community for all of us. We’re proud to have Second Chance Workforce investing in people and strengthening our local workforce in such an impactful way!
