We want to apologize to everyone who has been looking forward to the Big Muddy Monster Mud Race. Due to scheduling and planning considerations, we have made the decision to postpone the event until Fall 2027.

We appreciate your support and understanding. Our goal is to bring the race back bigger and better than ever, and we can’t wait to see everyone next fall!

Something BIG is brewing…
This year’s Murphysboro Monster Mud Run – Obstacle Course is getting a brand-new challenge, and trust us… you’re going to want to train for this one.

We can’t spill all the muddy details just yet, but let’s just say… it’s going to test your grit and your balance.

Massive thanks to our incredible volunteers and local businesses who make magic happen behind the scenes. It truly takes a village to pull off an event this wild, and we are so grateful!

Special shout-out to Mitchell Auto Care for lending your time, tools, and expertise to bring this beast of an obstacle to life! 🛠️🙌

Did you know we offer custom welding and fabrication services?🤔

One of the architects of an obstacle for the Murphysboro Mud Monster Run approached us with a design drawn on the back of a receipt and a van load of galvanized pipe 🤣🤣

Welding galvanized pipe requires proper ventilation procedures as well as a SCBA breathing apparatus to ensure safety.

In short, one of our technicians is proficient in Oxy-Acetylene, MIG,TIG, Arc, plastic, brazing and soldering.

Legend has it he's even successfully welded the crack of dawn and a broken 💔 💔 once or twice ❤️❤️
