We want to say Thank You to Slips Hideaway for raising $1317 for us at their Fall "FUR" Kinkaid Festival. All of us here at St. Francis appreciate your support. Robi adopted one of our long-term dogs several years ago and we can't thank her enough. We also had 3 of the 5 dogs we took to this event go home since. Thanks again for all you did for us!

Barista is a 2-year-old Plott Hound mix who came to us extremely pregnant. She gave birth to 10 beautiful puppies 6 weeks ago and has been the best mom. Barista's puppies will be ready to go to their forever homes on November 11th, but they can be put on hold now! Barista is unfortunately heartworm positive so she will start her treatment soon, she can be met and put on hold but can't go home until her treatment is complete.

If you are interested in meeting Barista's or your favorite coffee flavor, please apply at www.stfrancis-care.org/adopt

Happy Tail, Magnolia (fka Belinda) & her momma have traveled from CA to ME by camper, ferry, boat, & hikes. She loves food, treats, & a pile pillows to lay on. She currently shares her AZ home with Axel, a rescue from LA.
At 10+, her days are a bit slower; enjoying walks around the neighborhood instead of climbing mountains, & rolling in the few patches of grass she can find rather than fields of wild flowers. Through it all, she remains her momma's absolute world.
In her momma's own words: "I truly don’t know what I’d do without her."
