🖤🐾 HAPPY TAILS, ONYX! 🐾🖤

Today was the day Onyx found her forever home!

Just a short time ago, Onyx came into rescue severely underweight, covered in fleas, suffering from ear mites, and in need of a lot of care. She weighed only 4.9 pounds and had a long road ahead of her.

With proper treatment, good nutrition, and lots of love, Onyx blossomed into a healthy, beautiful young cat. Today, she began the next chapter of her journey with a family to call her own.

As you can see in her adoption photo, she’s still taking everything in—and that’s perfectly okay. Adoption day is a big day for any cat. New people, new smells, a new home, and a whole new adventure await her. We know that before long, she’ll settle in and realize she’s exactly where she belongs.

Thank you to everyone who shared her posts, supported her care, and followed her journey. Because of your support, another rescue cat has the chance to live the life she deserves.

When she first came to us, she was terrified, starving, covered in fleas, suffering from severe ear mites, and weighed just 4.9 pounds.

Today, she’s a completely different girl — healthy, healing, playful, and nearly 7 pounds.

She’s about 1 year old, spayed, and looking for a quiet, indoor-only home. Once she feels safe, she’ll curl up in your lap and make the sweetest little “mittens.” 🐾
