We had the privilege of hosting over 100 kids at Current Kids Camp this year! It was incredible to watch each one of them take a next step toward Jesus while having a blast along the way.

Dancing, singing, science experiments, sports, and games brought Bible stories to life and all pointed to how good God is.

This year, we had our largest volunteer team yet, who helped with building a full rainforest, leading crews and stations, and managing all the moving pieces that make camp happen. We truly could not have done it without you—thank you! Can’t wait for next year. 🙌

“Having a relationship with Jesus is great because I can trust Him and He’s always listening and taking care of me. Knowing Jesus is here I can be more brave and I can share the news with other people.”

Grateful to baptize one of our CurrentKids and CurrentYouth last Sunday! We love seeing the next generation take steps of faith and publicly declare their decision to follow Jesus. Praying that they continue to grow in their faith and shine His light wherever they are 🙏

It’s possibly the most beautiful exchange in all of Scripture: I do believe, help me overcome my unbelief!

Prayer is not a box we check to access the power of God. It’s a posture of humble dependence that isn’t afraid to say: “Lord, I can’t do this without you, would you please help me?”

If we’re not careful, we can unintentionally push people away from Jesus by requiring they behave before they belong. That’s not how Jesus did things, and it’s not how we should either. Jesus invited people to belong before they believed — and then, over time, to become more like Him. It’s messy, but it’s worth it.
