Our goal and purpose:

Path Finders Team Services, LLC Early Interventionists and Service Coordinators will assemble a team that best meets the consumer’s physical, medical, developmental, and emotional needs. With the direction, information, and support provided by Path Finders Team Services, LLC, families, caregivers, and consumers will be empowered with knowledge and skills enabling them to make the best decisions possible in order to engage the community around them. Goals and objectives will be driven by families, caregivers, and consumers and facilitated by Path Finders Team Services, LLC in order to maximize potential.

We've got more adaptive programs coming up, including our Kitchen Connection program for individuals with special needs!

Designed for adults with special needs, this program helps build every day life skills through cooking. Each session will feature a recipe or culinary theme while encouraging participants to practice communication, teamwork, following directions, decision making and independence.

Summerville Parks and Rec will be hosting a Meet & Greet next Friday, Sept. 11, with our Therapeutic Programmer, Arkeliah. Join us for an open discussion on what adaptive programs and events you'd like to see from us in the future.

Don’t miss this event. Come support the amazing artist with HEART Inclusive Arts Community. They are at The Gibbs Museum. Holy cow… this is so exciting.

We hope you'll join us as we celebrate these remarkable artists and the opening of TAKING UP SPACE on Friday, July 17th, 5-8pm!

You'll have a chance to meet the artists, experience their work, and celebrate an evening of creativity, connection, and community.

A handful of artists will also share some words at 6:00pm.
