SCHOOL'S OUT!

Please keep an eye out for our smallest Coopers Landing residents: lemonade stands, toy stands, kickball, and generally trying to have the-best-summer-everrrrr!

We can help keep them safe by slowing down, especially around the bends in the road. Slow and safe, please!

Seriously, Santa doesn’t want to bring any Cooper’s Landing neighbors problems over the holiday weekend. Remember to pay special attention to exposed pipes or ones near exterior walls.

CAUTION: We've had a report of a gator sighting at the Cooper's Landing pond.

Our HOA will be working with DNR (Department of Natural Resources) on the next steps.

Please be especially aware when walking in that area with children and your doggies.
