The Genuine Quality (GQ) Club of Lena Whitmore and West Park fifth graders successfully completed their service learning project this morning by hosting a Toddler Play Date in partnership with the Latah County Library District. Over the course of an hour, the 11 fifth graders read to children, led games, created activities, and encouraged movement.

This project focused on giving back to the community through service, and approximately 30 toddlers attended. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication these young men showed in planning and carrying out this meaningful experience.
