Join us on June 30 from 6–8 PM at the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center as we welcome members of the Peace Run on their journey across the United States!

The Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run is a global torch relay that gives people around the world an opportunity to express their hopes and aspirations for peace. During this special evening, we'll share light refreshments, hear from Peace Run participants, and recognize three local community members with Peace Awards.

We hope you'll join us in celebrating peace, connection, and the inspiring individuals who help strengthen our community.

We're excited to share that our solar panel installation is now complete! This project marks an important step in our commitment to environmental sustainability and reducing JRPC's long-term operating costs.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this vision a reality. A special thank you goes to the Ethel MacDonald Estate for its generous support, as well as to all of the community members who donated and cheered us on along the way. 🎉 Happy Birthday, Jeannette Rankin! 🎉

Born on this day in 1880 just outside Missoula, Montana, Jeannette Rankin made history as the first woman elected to the U.S. Congress and dedicated her life to advancing peace, social justice, and women's rights.

At the Jeannette Rankin Peace Center, we honor her not only in name but in action—working every day to build a more peaceful, just, and sustainable world for all.

To celebrate her legacy, we invite you to listen to a powerful podcast conversation featuring Karen Sterk, CEO of the Jeannette Rankin Foundation, and historian Lorissa Rinehart. In Unstoppable Women: The Jeannette Rankin Foundation & the Power of Education, they explore how Jeannette's trailblazing life continues to inspire and empower Rankin Scholars across the country.
