Welcome to the Official page for the Missoula Mendelssohn Club! We are united by a love of singing. Singing makes your troubles go away!

Founded in the spring of 1944 as the first community choral group in Missoula under the direction of Norman Gulbrandsen, the Club is a male choir whose members are broadly representative of Missoula and surrounding communities, and have included active and retired teachers, professors, ranchers, lawyers, doctors, ministers, policemen, firemen, businessmen, and students. The Club's repertoire inclu

des classical, folk, and popular music. The Club has performed in cities and towns throughout western Montana and made multiple performance tours of Europe. In 1987, the Club organized and hosted the first major international chorale festival held in the USA, the Montana International Choral Festival. Mission Statement

The Missoula Mendelssohn Club is a male chorus open to all ages and musical ability. The club encourages a lifelong participation in singing and sharing music as well as camaraderie and building community for the enjoyment of its members and the general public. The Mendelssohn Club endeavors to support its mission and continued existence by:
Promoting a musical social environment and culture
Performing public concerts
Participating in local, regional, and international exchanges that build connections between people; encouraging involved citizenship and promoting goodwill
Contributing to the diversity of Missoula and the surrounding area through participation in community events, ,exploring music in a variety of musical styles from a variety of historical periods and cultural origins

The Missoula Mendelssohn Club is proud to announce that our concert will be recorded by Missoula Community Access Television as part of a Media Assistance Grant!

It will be aired on MCAT Channel 189 and downloaded to their Video on Demand and/or YouTube Channel at a later date.

Please share! The Missoula Mendelssohn Club is seeking sponsorships for our 76th Annual Concert happening on Sunday, March 24, 3pm in the Music Recital Hall! The tiers are priced at $25 $50 $75 $100 $250 or the option to donate more! These tiers come with tickets to our concert, and sponsors are recognized in our concert program. These sponsorships help us pay for operating expenses, and to help us accomplish our music to spread the joy of song!

Deadline for sponsorships that will be included in the program are due by March 17th, 5pm! Please, spread the word, and reach out in comments or message us for more info!
This receipt also doubles as ticket stubs, $15 general and $6 students!
