Field trip! As part of a regional Community Land Trust conference, we toured the S’us’ Héeni Sháak neighborhood in Sitka, Alaska. This is Sitka Community Land Trust’s first multi-home project with 13 homes complete and more underway. It was incredible to visit this special place in person and see how the CLT movement is growing across the country.
