We are deeply grateful to Outlaw Partners for this extraordinary commitment to the epilepsy community.

Last week we sat down in Bozeman with Eric Ladd, Dr. Kaley Burns and the Outlaw team, alongside our CEO Bee Martin Lee and Chief Research and Innovation Officer Caitlin Grzeskowiak.

The conversation kept coming back to the importance of research, about what Montana families are actually facing, and about seizure first aid training in our schools.

This gift goes toward closing that gap — research, family support, and seizure first aid training in Montana schools and making real change possible for Montana families living with epilepsy.

Check out this upcoming virtual Community Engagement Studio (CE Studio)! Case Western Reserve University, Mary Ann Swetland Center CE Studios are opportunities for researchers to receive community or patient input on the development, implementation, or dissemination of a research project.
Input will help create a new educational program to support memory, brain health, and overall well-being for people with epilepsy as they age. The program will be called Healthy Aging in People with Epilepsy Program (HAP-E). They are actively seeking members of the epilepsy community to participate in the CE Studio, which will last 2 hours and takes place on Monday July 27th at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom. All participants are compensated $100 for their time.

Participation Criteria
We are looking for adults aged 55 and older who:
• Have a formal diagnosis of epilepsy and are
• Taking at least 1 anti-seizure medication

Still "riding high" from last night's Purple Night at the Big Sky PBR Rodeo! 💜

Watching an entire arena turn purple for awareness — thousands of people seeing purple and asking why. That's a night we'll never forget.

A huge thank you to Partners who chose Epilepsy Foundation Montana as their beneficiary and built this incredible night from the ground up. Together with the Big Sky community, we raised $100,000 for the 10,000 Montanans living with epilepsy.
