Last week, the PRG team joined our partners at Land Bank Twin Cities for a shared wellness afternoon at Right Spot Wellness in Roseville.

Our work keeps us busy, so it was great to step away for an afternoon, spend time together, and recharge.

Buying a home is only part of the journey. Keeping it matters too.

Unexpected job loss, rising property taxes, insurance costs, and other financial challenges can quickly put a homeowner in unfamiliar territory.

In 2025, PRG worked directly with homeowners to help them navigate those moments. We also brought what we were hearing from families to policymakers working on solutions.

Our goal is simple: help more people remain in the homes and communities they have worked so hard to build.

When the road narrowed, we got skinny!

In 2025, PRG found new ways to create affordable homeownership opportunities despite rising construction costs and a challenging housing market.

We designed homes for smaller lots. We created a more accessible home for a buyer who wants to age in place. We moved forward with our first duplex. We even took on a rehabilitation that required lifting an entire house to replace its foundation.

Different challenges. Different solutions. One goal: creating more places for families to call home.

Knowledge builds confidence.

Last year, 799 people joined PRG for homebuyer education, and more than 700 households received one-on-one homebuyer advising.

And that knowledge made a difference. Nearly every pre-purchase client said they felt more confident after working with a PRG advisor.

In 2025, 324 households became new homeowners after working with PRG.

We’re proud to walk alongside people as they learn, prepare, and take that next step.
