Finally some good news. We attended some of the trials involving the deputies that were given these phony "undercover" designations to see if they would actually show up and testify at public trials (they did). Bravo to the Hennepin County Attorney's Office for forcing the Sheriff to drop this fake designation.

The video appears to show the woman asking the officer for help and explaining that she had been sprayed with a chemical irritant. The officer then gets into his patrol vehicle and drives away.
