VdGSA ! Friday, May 1st is ! Supporting artists, Bandcamp/ Bandcamp Classical is waiving all fees on purchases so every cent goes to supporting artists! If you regularly stream music on services like Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify & YouTube Music, artists often only make between $0.003 to $0.005 PER STREAM! Even the purchase of a single track for $0.99, or even purchasing a CD or digital download from an artist goes a long way! Happy National Library Week!

To celebrate, we wanted to announce that Les Touches will be returning to the system to preview our Spanish program "Semejanzas i Diferencias". This program features two sections: 1) works from Spain spanning from the medieval period to the Baroque period, and 2) popular songs (including the one by Celia Cruz in this post's audio) and other works from the New World. Both sections consist of material written and arranged for viol consort, violin and viol, voice & viol, and voice & vielle.

You can catch Les Touches at the following locations and dates:
