NDs are the experts in holistic medicine and primary prevention.

We LOVE when patients are proactive and looking to optimize their health, focusing on preventing illness and poor quality of life.

However, that’s not the only time to work an ND. Naturopathic Doctors often have patients that have been to 5-10+ other providers and have not found answers, relief or movement in the right direction with their health, yet their symptoms along with prescription lists often get longer and longer. NDs are able to look deeply at potentially missed functional explanations as well as potential higher level concerns to ensure you receive proper care for your concerns.

The 6 Principles are the core foundation upon which NDs function.
Focusing on lower invasive techniques first if/when possible rather than jumping to suppressive therapies, educating patients to feel empowered in their healthcare journey, optimizing health through primary, prevention, looking at the entire body and its connectedness not just the isolated symptom and using tools derived from nature to get results.
