Coming together as a community is more important than ever in Minneapolis, especially as our neighbors face fear, harm, and injustice right now. In moments like these, choosing to slow down, care for one another, and be in shared space is both healing and quietly powerful. Thank you to all who joined us for yoga, coffee, painting, and most importantly, community at ❤️

On January 24, we came together for yoga led by the lovely Mary O’Rourke (Life Time). After yoga, we painted gourd birdhouses to support and their work empowering people impacted by disabilities to live their best lives. These birdhouses will be auctioned at the annual Wingspan gala this May. Stay tuned for more information on how you can support them!

We are so grateful for this community and the chance to move, create, and give back together.
