🎓 Senior Spotlight: Shania Youssef (’26)
For Shania Youssef, a Coptic Orthodox biology major, college was where her relationship with God transformed from a “Sunday faith” into a daily reliance. Looking back at her two years in the Fellows program, she clearly sees God at work.
“Fellows gave me a Christ-centered community during some of the busiest and most formative years of my life. One of the most meaningful memories was with my Good Story cohort during the fall retreat at Mount Olivet Retreat Center. I still vividly remember all of us sitting outside together under a large tree while our tutor, Hannah, invited us to share parts of our life stories. Although our group already had great chemistry built on jokes, laughter, and high energy, that moment brought a completely different level of vulnerability and depth to our friendships.”
As Shania prepares to start medical school here at UMN this fall, she carries a community who continues to support one another through every transition.
Join us in celebrating Shania and praying for her next chapter in medicine!
