Update regarding on the job death of Tyson meats worker reported in this link. Finney county prosecutor stated Wednesday 7/20 that they have ruled out criminal charges against coworker, calling into question employer safety. This is most likely another example of Tyson's unrelenting pressure to keep up line speeds leading to serious injury and death.
